This AIRMAN AND FAMILY READINESS SPECIALIST is located in the Force Support Squadron, Mission Support Group, of an Air National Guard (ANG) Wingand is part of the CA 195th WG.
Requirements:
AIRMAN AND FAMILY READINESS SPECIALIST, GS-0301-11: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-09 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector, but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. Specialized experience may have been demonstrated by performing duties such as: Experience developing and recommending policy; organizing and carrying out specific programs, evaluating and recommending changes in methods of operations; Experience managing the coordination and accomplishment of the planning, scope, development, design and direction of the family readiness and support programs; Experience providing guidance to the ANG Wing leadership in the development and implementation of a family readiness and support programs; Experience conducting projects and studies using a variety of analytical techniques in order to document needs and concerns in regards to family readiness and well being.Your resume must have complete information: Please ensure your resume accurately reflects the duties and responsibilities under each position you have held with each employer.
