This position is identified as a Mission Information System Team Functional Analyst for the Mission Information Systems Division, Financial Systems Department, Comptroller Group, and Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD).Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include:(1) Demonstrating comprehensive technical expertise in managing IT requirements analysis and documentation to support program and project objectives;
(2) Applying advanced qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate program effectiveness and enhance complex analytical and management processes;
(3) Leveraging deep knowledge of data-warehouse methodologies to define, refine, and prioritize information system requirements and objectives;
(4) Using management information systems and analytical tools (such as Navy ERP, office automation platforms, Excel, and Access) to support data analysis and reporting;
(5) Developing long-range strategies that guide the planning, implementation, and delivery of information-management capabilities across the organization;
(6) Building and sustaining effective working relationships with program stakeholders to advance agency goals and mission needs; and
(7) Providing expert guidance to internal and external partners by resolving complex issues, conducting special studies, recommending alternatives, and representing the command.
