You will serve as DIVISION 72 ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (AO) in the MAJOR TEST PROGRAMS & INDUSTRIAL DEPARTMENT 70 of NSWC PHILA DIV.The Secretary of War has ordered a hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the DoW hiring freeze. Offers of employment related to this vacancy announcement will not be executed until the position has an approved exemption.
Requirements:
For NT-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 pay band (GS-9/10 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing analytical advice on administrative matters (e.g., personnel actions, position management, training and performance appraisal systems) to ensure organizational administrative processes, procedures and systems.For NT-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-02 pay band (GS-5/6/7/8 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing progress towards reaching objectives and identifying problems that impact continuity of operations.
