This vacancy is for a GS-2210-13, IT - Cloud Architect located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, C5ISC INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES DIVISION in ALEXANDRIA, Virginia.

Requirements:

To qualify at the GS- 13 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS- 12 grade level in the federal or private sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis.

Specialized experience must include the following:

  • Leading technical support services projects to enable the implementation and sustainment of secure, reliable, and resilient multi-provider cloud services that enhance mission effectiveness and improve IT efficiencies.
  • Managing costs, schedules, performance, and technical risks associated with commercial cloud and DevSecOps platform centric projects.
  • Leading multi-provider (AWS/Azure) cloud solutions architecting services to ensure that cloud solutions are aligned with mission application business needs and are secure, scalable, cost-effective, and reliable.
  • Leading multi-provider (AWS/Azure) migration engineering services and execution of migration plans for moving mission applications, data, and infrastructure to and enterprise cloud (AWS/Azure).
  • Leading the design, implementation, and optimization of DevSecOps platform processes to deliver high-quality software solutions at scale.

NOTE: Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.
