Maintenance Worker Leader (Seasonal)

Description:

This position is located in a National Park Service Unit. This position is a working leader assigned responsibility for building and utility maintenance work.

The typical seasonal entry-on-duty period is March-September, but can be variable during these months due to weather conditions, project needs, or funding. Anticipated Entry on Duty: March

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors:

1. Ability to lead or supervise (SCREEN OUT)
2. Knowledge of equipment assembly, installation, repair, etc.
3. Technical Practices (theoretical precise, artistic)
4. Use of measuring equipment
5. Ability to interpret instructions, specifications etc. (includes blueprints reading)
6. Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment
7. Knowledge of materials
