You will serve as a SECRETARY (OA) in the NAVAL CHAPLAINCY SCHOOL (NCS) of NAVAL RELIGIOUS MINISTRIES LEARNING SI.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Possessing strong administrative skills, including the ability to manage non-routine assignments, coordinate internal and external work, and advise staff; 2) Preparing and editing correspondence, summarizing information, and using office automation software (Microsoft Office, records systems) to perform tasks like creating reports and handling complex documents; 3) Having familiarity with Navy-specific structures, policies, and procedures, as well as proficiency with office equipment and a high level of typing accuracy.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
