Responsibilities: Design and execute manual and automated test cases for POS systemsTest transaction processing, payment gateways, and POS hardware (scanners, printers, card readers)Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testingIdentify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development teamsSet up and maintain test environments simulating real-world POS scenariosSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with end-user trainingCollaborate in onshore/offshore models
