8+ years of experience in QA/testing, with at least 3+ years as a Test Lead.Strong hands-on experience testing Pega BPM / Pega Platform applications.Solid domain expertise in Life Insurance and Annuities.Experience in functional, integration, system, and UAT testing.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and CI/CD processes.Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, ALM, etc.).Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
