Requirements:

FOR NT-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower band, NT-02 (GS-05 through GS-08 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying technical engineering service by conducting operations or evaluations (e.g., safe handling procedures, product packaging quality) to provide quality control and resolve operational product problems in support of explosive hazardous waste disposal processes for an organization.

FOR NT-02: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower band, NT-01 (GS-01 through GS-04 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: r eading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, or specifications to perform technical engineering work.
