You will serve as a PHYSICAL SECURITY SPECIALIST in the FORCE PROTECTION DIVISION of NAVBASE VENTURA COUNTY SEC.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:*Experience preparing threat assessments for personnel and assets which have anti-terrorism responsibilities;
*Experience updating plans, manuals, and instructions to provide recommendations regarding changes to security specifications;
*Experience conducting inspections of mission essential vulnerable assets, arms, ammunition, explosive storage facilities and critical infrastructure;
*Experience conducting classroom, formal, and informal training on crime prevention and physical security awareness programs;
*Experience serving as a Loss Prevention Technical Specialist/Security Advisor for the installation during meetings.
