Description:

This position is for a HR SPEC (MIL), PD# D1622000, part of the Nevada Air National Guard. This position is located within a Military Personnel Flight (MPF) of an Air National Guard (ANG) flying wing. The primary purpose is to administer and accomplish functions of one or more of the following human resources programs: Career Enhancements, Customer Service, Employments, Relocations, and/or Readiness.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must have ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; plan and organize work; and communicate effectively orally and in writing.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have 1 year specialized experience equivalent to at least GS-7.
