You will serve as a Supervisory Production Superintendent in the ???????Mechanical and Electrical Divisions (TRF-320,330), Repair Department (TRF-300) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.Requirements:
For GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.Resume should display the following specialized experience:
- Experience serving as a Production Superintendent responsible for the organizational, supervision, direction, and resource management of the Mechanical/Electrical Division.
- Experience implementing programs to manage and control facilities and equipment under division cognizance.
- Experience defining, planning, preparing, guiding and executing the performance of the Machinery Division in support of refit maintenance and related activities for the submarines in a timely, effective, and efficient manner.
- Experience generating division-level directives, instructions, procedures, and policies.
- Experience addressing and resolving issues and problems associated with the tight time allowed for refitting each submarine.
- Experience analyzing divisional workload projections and requirements as defined by ship schedules, maintenance/LDS feedback, scheduled intermediate maintenance, modifications/installations, emergency reports, and other sources to define, schedule and properly plan operations.
