Description:
As part of the Operations and Administration Division, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the agency's Cybersecurity Zero Trust Strategy and Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework which includes installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware, software, networks, and cybersecurity tools. The role requires extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services, device management, and modern security tools to support a dynamic and highly collaborative environment.Requirements:
Applicants qualify for this position if they meet the minimum qualification of performing at least one year of demonstrated specialized experience that is equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the federal government:- Supporting Azure and M365 cloud services and identity management.
- Administering Intune for device configuration and compliance.
- Providing technical support and configuration for Crestron or similar A/V systems.
- Developing or maintaining PowerShell scripts to automate IT tasks.
- Administering Meraki WiFi networks or comparable cloud-managed networking tools.
- Supporting cybersecurity operations with platforms such as Qualys, CrowdStrike, Lookout, or similar tools.
- Working within a small or micro federal agency, requiring multi-role responsibilities, adaptability, and independent problem-solving.
