Description:

You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER (HELICOPTER) in the Military Sealift Command (MSC), Directorate Ship Management (DSM), Fleet Ordnance and Dry Cargo Ships (PM6), Helicopter Program Office (PM63) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.

Requirements:

GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
  • Experience assisting with worldwide scheduling and support of assigned projects including overseeing coordination of logistics and operational needs to meet mission requirements.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects with various stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Experience monitoring the readiness and material condition of aircraft.
  • Experience preparing and presenting briefings on assigned projects to large groups including senior internal and external personnel.
  • Experience reviewing contractor invoices to ensure that charges are reasonable, valid, properly invoiced and reimbursable in accordance with the terms of the contract.
  • Experience participating and assisting in the planning, preparation, development, and justification of annual budget estimates and funding requests.
  • Experience monitoring the execution of projects from development to implementation.
  • Experience identifying resources including personnel, financial, and equipment to support various program and mission needs.
  • Experience collecting, organizing, and maintaining information and data for future reference and analysis.
