Description:

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Ammunition Logistics Center (ALC) of NAVSUP AMMO LOG CENT MECH.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector Specialized experience for this position must include at least one year at the GS-13 level or equivalent non-supervisory experience performing the following: 1) leading a civilian or military team towards achieving a common goal, 2) experience supervising employees to include evaluating performance, performance evaluations, conflict resolution, workload management, team building, leave management and time management, 3) experience utilizing supply systems to perform inventory management-related functions such as (but not limited to) requisition processing, asset sourcing, causative research, transaction history, asset retrievals, review of assets in transit, review of assets due-in and backorder procedures, 4) experience representing an organization developing solutions to inventory management challenges and 5) experience with integrated logistical support/planning coordinating with storage sites, program offices, Type Commanders, Intermediate Maintenance Facilities, Fleet or other service equivalents on load planning, allowances, Non-Combat Expenditure Allocation, requisition processing, inventory management, logistics management, material movement, maintenance, rework and fleet returns.
