Description Our client is looking for a desktop support technician to join their team on a long term contract. They will be taking escalations from the tier 1 helpdesk team. Outside of the escalations, they will be assisting with onboarding/offboarding. Using active directory. They will be also working with other teams including the NOC & user administration team. This person will be on site, but could be asked to travel to their West Bend home office. Majority of issues will be on site white gl
