The Systems Administrator will serve as the primary onsite IT resource for the Durham office, providing end-to-end support across desktop, server, and network environments. The role requires strong networking fundamentals, including hands-on experience with switches, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and general network troubleshooting. You'll manage and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware environments, while leveraging scripting and automation (PowerShell, Ansible) to improve efficiency
