As a Program Manager , you will assist the IPO Operations Program Manager in managing the implementation and administration of their EB-5 form type portfolio and lead the identification of performance progress and ensure efficiency in their form type chain of command.

Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 01/29/2026.

GS-15 : You qualify at the GS-15 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties:

• Overseeing the development of policies, laws, regulations, and operating procedures related to an immigration program.
• Making recommendations to agency senior executive leadership and implementing national policy serving as the basis for new systems, legislations, regulations, or programs related to immigration programs.
• Leading a team through the development process of new immigration policies and procedures to include researching and analyzing current regulations and precedent setting cases.
