You will serve as a General Supply Specialist in the Operations Department, Logistics Support Center (LSC) of NAVSUP FLC NORVA GF.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-7) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating the following: 1) Complying with Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) requirements; 2) Extracting, reviewing and disseminating subsistence reports from the Subsistence Total Order & Receipt Electronic System (STORES) program to internal and external personnel; 3) Performing a variety of routine duties involving all aspects of acquiring subsistence provisions through Subsistence Prime Vendors; 4) Receiving, entering, and validating requisition order; 5) Utilizing Notepad, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.), communicating orally and in written in a clear concise, and in an organized manner for the intended audience; and 6) Applying US Navy shipboard food provision ordering and receipt procedures.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
