About the Position: About the Position: This position is with the National Guard Bureau, Chief of Staff, Secretary of the General Staff Office, Arlington, Virginia.About the Surrounding Area: Situated in Northern Virginia on the south bank of the Potomac River directly across from Washington D.C. Arlington is headquarters to many departments and agencies of the federal government, including the Department of Defense and is the location of many national memorials and museums.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes report on the status and/or progress of work being performed; conduct training regarding congressional casework topics; manage correspondence in varied stages of completion that cover diverse functional areas; prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness of the team's success
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
