This vacancy is for a GS-0028-11, Environmental Protection Specialist located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, BASE GUAM FACILITIES ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT -F in SANTA RITA, Guam.Requirements:
To qualify at the GS- 11 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-9 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis.
- Managing a Hazardous Waste/Hazardous Material program.
- Acting as an On-Scene Incident Commander within an Incident Command System.
- Training personnel in HAZMAT standard procedures.

You must have completed three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education or possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a related field of study from an accredited college and/or university. Transcript is required at the time of application for this position)
