This position is located at McAllester Army Ammunition Plant, Oklahoma.Incentives and Bonuses

Requirements:

- Must have work experience directly related to the duties to be performed.
- Must be able to understand oral English and read and understand written instructions in English to assure safe and satisfactory performance. (Reading Chemical labels, operating instructions, assignments, etc.)
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":
- At least 2 years' general cleaning experience managing multiple facilities.
- At least 1 year of experience in small engine repair and maintenance.
Experience must be reflected on Resume to receive credit.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Have experience driving lawn tractors, and using tools and equipment normally found in maintaining grounds, facilities, and equipment.
- Must have experience in operating the vehicles/equipment listed, performing operator's maintenance, and complying with safety and traffic rules and regulations.
- Must have the ability to perform a variety of laborer, custodial, gardening, driving, and park maintenance duties with minimal supervision.
- This incumbent must know how to spread fertilizer evenly to prevent underfeeding or burning of plants.
