For more information please see: AcqDemoThis is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Acq Demo Business and Technical Management to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
Requirements:
You may qualify at the 04 broadband level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03/GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Applicants are required to meet 2 of 4 statements to be qualified.
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation supplements directives, policies procedures, and practices to assist in the technical monitoring or administration of a contract.
- Experience with Financial management theories, principles, and practices to monitor all aspects of the day-to-day administration of a contract.
- Experience with a wide variety of contracts and incentive arrangements to include Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursement, Time & Materials, incentive fees, award fees, and award terms and their impact on costs, schedule and performance to monitor contractor's progress and performance, including verifying performance of contract requirements.
- Experience with COR/COTR roles, responsibilities, and functions in the Federal sector to assist in meeting the government's contractual obligations.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
