Description:
You will serve as a Training Instructor in the Training Branch; Inspection, Test, Quality Assurance and Training Division; Lifting and Handling Department at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Experience presenting course material to personnel to include apprentices, tradespeople, engineers, supervisors, and technicians keeping good class attendance and participation.
- Experience training and developing personnel and adjusting course material based on class evaluation criteria and performance.
- Experience updating, establishing, and improving assigned courses.
- Experience incorporating the latest developments and integrating subjects into instruction.
- Experience applying practical applications of engineering and trade theories through classroom instructions, demonstrations, and mock-up simulations to include experience in electrical training.
