You will serve as a Senior Office Manager in the Human Capital Management Group of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrateAt least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05/06) or pay band (DG-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of a Senior Office Manager. Specialized experiences must include duties related to the following: (1) Editing and drafting memos; (2) Processing travel orders and vouchers in DTS; (3) Maintaining/de-conflicting calendars and scheduling appointments; and (4) Maintaining records, reports, and/or files to ensure information is accurately documented and communicated.
