This vacancy is for a GS-2030-9, Distribution Facilities Specialist located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, BASE DETACHMENT NORTH BEND LOGISTICS DIVISION -BL in NORTH BEND, Oregon.Requirements:
To qualify at the GS- 9 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-7 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis:
- Managing the flow of goods in warehouses, receiving and storing products, coordinating shipments, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining records, and optimizing processes for efficiency, safety, and timely delivery to customers.
- Identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, conducting inventories and reconciliation, and inspecting material upon receipt.
- Documenting, creating, and maintaining detailed supply inventory, and shipment records as well as counting, stocking, tracking, and auditing materials to maintain accurate levels.
Education may be substituted for experience at this grade level if you meet one of the following:
A. Possess a Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., in a related field of study. (TRANSCRIPT

B. Have a combination of specialized experience as described above and graduate education, in a related field. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED AT TIME OF APPLICATION).
