This position is located in the Office of the General Counsel, Managing Executive's Business Solutions Office, which is responsible for managing the office's resources including finance, contracts, eDiscovery and Litigation support, technical support and personnel.Requirements:
All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.Time-in-grade for this announcement is one year at the GS/SK-13 level.
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT :
SK-14: Applicant must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS/SK-13 level:
- Developing detailed change management plans, goals, and objectives for short and long-range implementation of programs; AND
- Providing guidance in developing, implementing, evaluating, and improving processes/procedures to monitor the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of program segments; AND
- Creating, implementing, and monitoring action plans to improve internal processes through performance dashboards and key performance indicators (KPI's).
