In addition to the basic education requirement, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-3 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional Engineer performing budgetary or technical management work to plan and execute facilities projects; managing facility planning or designs and construction document quality assurance; identifying and resolving design and construction deficiencies or contract deviations.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
