This is a National Guard Title 5 Excepted Service Position.This position is a Permanent GS-0201-11 HR SPECIALIST (INFO SYS/HRD) (TITLE 5), Position Description Number T5931000 and is part of the MO Directorate of Human Resources. This is a non-bargaining position.
Requirements:
GS-11 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : Must possess at least one year of experience at the GS 09 grade level or equivalent that provided knowledge of human resources computer applications and the ability to integrate new, existing and proposed applications into the operating environment; ability to retrieve and provide human resources reports to the serviced population; advanced knowledge of human resources laws, regulations, principals and concepts related to human resources information systems; the ability to communicate effectively managers and leadership; the ability to analyze complex operation and business problems; and the ability to make clear and convincing oral presentations.
