You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the NAVFAC Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) Puget of NAVFAC NORTHWEST in support of the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP).Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Directing and managing engineering personnel providing construction management, construction contract technical support, and site management on projects; 2) Performing quality assurance on construction projects; 3) Utilizing various construction practices and procedures; 4) Reviewing plans and coordinating with stakeholders; 5) Resolving technical issues and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget; and 6) Utilizing computer systems and related accessories. **NOTE** This information must be clearly supported in your resume.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
