Description:
You will serve as a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (Maritime Target Vulnerability M & S Expert) in the Research and Evaluation Division (E6), Weapons Effects and Analysis Branch (E64) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV.This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15.
Requirements:
In addition to basic education requirements, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower band, ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer or scientist performing engineering or scientific work, leading and planning technical projects involving research, development, modeling and simulation, or assessment of underwater weapon systems to identify and resolve deficiencies for improved design or performance of underwater weapon systems for undersea warfare programs.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
