About the Position: Serves as Operations Project Manager for a Multipurpose-Project, primarily responsible for management of human resources, technical activities, program schedule, fiscal accounting, and public relations in the management, operations, and maintenance of all project facilities; recreation areas on project lands and shorelines for a variety of purposes (such as recreational facilities for swimming); and performance of the administration and warehousing functions of the Project.Requirements:

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Utilizing project management strategies in the creation and communication of Project Plans that develops and shares detailed schedules (timelines, milestones) and clear objectives for the team; and, 2) Demonstrating control over project costs, procurement, and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of materials, people, and tech; and, 3) Proactively identifying, analyzing, and providing solutions to escalated technical or logistical challenges that arise during design and construction; and, 4) Supervising and developing staff through personnel actions, performance reviews, and administration of personnel policies. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
