This is a National Guard Title 32 Excepted Service Position.
This is a Permanent WL-8852-10 AIRCRAFT MECHANIC LEADER (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D1410000 and is part of the MO 131st Bomb Wing. This is a bargaining position.

Requirements:
MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Selected candidate must currently be assigned to a military unit in the Missouri Air National Guard. Title 32 employees will not be militarily senior to their full-time supervisor (grade inversion).
Maximum Military Grade - MSgt (E-7)
Minimum Military Grade - TSgt (E-6)
GENERAL EXPERIENCE : Experience, education or training which demonstrates skill in and knowledge of the work; ability to lead others, to organize tools and materials for them; and to interpret technical orders, regulations and procedures.
WL-10 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : Must possess specialized experience in a wide variety of aircraft repair work that provided you with the knowledge and skill to direct and instruct others in aircraft repair procedures. The specialized experience must also demonstrate your ability to provide guidance to others in troubleshooting unusual/complex equipment malfunctions affecting one or more aircraft systems; and the ability to provide guidance to others in the performance of airworthiness inspections.
