To qualify for this position, you must have sufficient knowledge and ability in the following job-related factors:- Have the ability to do the work of a Maintenance Worker WG-4749-6 without more than normal supervision (SCREEN OUT)
- Work history demonstrates experience in the following building trades: performing rough to semi-finish carpentry tasks to repair government quarters, maintenance buildings, and comfort stations.
- Preparing surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping and wire brushing. Thinning, stirring and mixing and applying various paints and coating materials.
- Performing masonry/cement work such as builds wooden forms, mixes and pours concrete for such items as sidewalks, floors, pads, and retaining walls.
