THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a Management Analyst (Title 32) (Permanent), Position Description Number D1913000 and is part of the VA G4, National Guard.

WHO CAN APPLY:
GROUP I - All qualified Male/Female Enlisted Member (E4/SPC - E6/SSG) currently employed (permanent) in the Virginia Army National Guard Military Technician Program.
GROUP II - All qualified Virginia Army National Guard Male/Female Enlisted Member (E4/SPC - E6/SSG), regardless of employment status (Traditional, Military Technician or AGR). To be considered as a Group II applicant, proof of appointment/enlistment in the Virginia National Guard must be attached if the appointment/enlistment occurred within 60 days prior to, or during, the advertisement period.
GROUP III - Individuals eligible for membership in the Virginia Army National Guard.
Military Grades : Enlisted Member (E4/SPC - E6/SSG)
GENERAL EXPERIENCE : Applicant must have experience providing management analysis regarding logistical and/or fiscal accountability for the equipment and resources assigned to the USPFO and CIF and performs a variety of review assignments involved in developing, analyzing, evaluating, and/or in providing management assessments.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE : Applicant must have at least 12 months of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-07 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector, but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. This experience must include activities such as:
- Reviews organizational information regarding inventory management, storage management, equipment coordination fiscal and supply management
- Prepares audit lead sheets to identify potential weaknesses in internal controls.
- Conducts troubleshooting and management studies to ascertain the need for changes in existing management systems or methods of operation such as work processes.
- Assignments involve several specialized areas of management such as organizational analysis, work methods and standards, procedure analysis, and management statistics.
