Must-Have Skills & Experience: 4+ years of BI / Analytics experience (mandatory) Strong hands-on Tableau and/or Power BI SQL + SAS / R / Python (required) Direct business stakeholder engagement Ability to translate business questions into dashboards and insights Industry Preference (Very Important): Utility / Retail Energy experience Marketing analytics, customer data, retail operations support Nice to Have: Databricks or Google Cloud Platform exposure (even <2 years is acceptable)
