Required Skills:8+ years of ServiceNow experience with architect-level responsibilities. Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities. Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, integrations, and advanced scripting. Extensive knowledge of ITIL, CMDB, Discovery, and ServiceNow best practices. Experience designing enterprise-scale implementations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. ServiceNow CMA, CIS, or CTA certification preferred.
