Description These techs will be identifying abandoned hardware in the DC and coordinating their DCOM. They will get a list of potential abandoned equipment from TMO, identifying it in the DC then identifying the owner. They will then contact the owner to establish if it's needed or can be scheduled for DECOM. They will 99% dealing with internal TMO people, but some outside customers may come into play.
