Description This higher ed client has an immediate opening for a full-time Helpdesk Analyst that will dabble in some Coordinator duties. In order to be successful in this role, you will need a good blend of technical aptitude, leadership ability, commitment to exceptional customer service, and excellent follow-through. Please note that this is a "hand's on" role. This person needs prior technical phone support experience and be comfortable handling first line of defense and level calls/tickets.
