Must haves : 3 5 years of experience supporting production data pipelines with L1/L2 operational ownership and SLA-driven incident management Strong Python and SQL skills for data validation, troubleshooting, and operational analysis (joins, partitions, group by) Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly S3, CloudWatch, and EMR Working knowledge of Airflow and enterprise job schedulers (GEM or equivalent) for monitoring and failure recovery Proven ability to perform root cause analysis
