Job Responsibilities: Provide troubleshooting and technical support to end-users for the technologies supporting end-user computing environment across all geographies (MO, NY, DC, and home offices) VMWare (VDI restarts, disconnects), MS Windows, MacOS, laptops, PC hardware, MS Office 365, SCCM Self-Service Software Portal, Active Directory (user updates, password resets), Multifunction Printers, and a variety of end-user productivity software (ex: Adobe Acrobat, Cisco Webex, Slack)Work directly
