Description Fire Alarm Service Technician Summary: This role is responsible for traveling to customer sites to investigate and repair reported fire alarm issues. They will work with the service manager to ensure fire alarm issues are diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. Responsibilities: Diagnose fire alarm issues Propose solutions to eliminate reported issues Troubleshoot and repair circuit issues such as ground faults
