You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST within IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate:1). Demonstrating knowledge and experience of Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution system,
2). Applying financial acuity through military budget experience, with an emphasis on programming and oversight than perpetual execution,
3). Developing strategic goals and need to align resources to requirements in prioritized order,
4). Building partnerships across multiple warfare domains for military intelligence programs,
5). Creating and communicating clear courses of actions for difficult resourcing decisions.
