Description:
As a Director for Workforce Relations and Performance Management, you will supervise, plan, organize, implement and direct human resources (HR) activities associated with the OCC's labor management and employee relations, field consulting, performance culture (performance management, work-life programs, leave programs, and employee retention related to WRPM program areas), medical records, Drug Free Workplace, and Anti-Harassment program.
This position is located in Washington, DC.

You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement:
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-VI band level or GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience for this position include:
- Experience executing, directing, or managing the delivery of employee/labor relations and performance management. AND
- Experience advising senior management on HR policies and administration related to employee/labor relations and performance management.
