About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the NAF Human Resources Office on Ellsworth AFB.
This position is considered regular full time. You are guaranteed 35 hours, however, could work up to 40 hours.
As a regular employee you are eligible to earn leave and other NAF Benefits.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
Experience interpreting and applying NAF HR rules, regulations, and procedures in accomplishment of
clerical/administrative work; utilizing recruitment tools in hiring personnel (i.e., generating job postings, job fairs, or equivalent);
advising on routine recruitment strategies; troubleshooting and resolving personnel system and software issues. Experience in
processing a variety of personnel actions. Experience in utilizing office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, including
PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel).
