Description:
You will serve as a TECHNICIAN in the Special Warfare & Expeditionary systems Department (JX), Power and Energy Systems Division (JXM), Expeditionary Energy Systems Branch (JXMR) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $137,000).
Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 grade equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical engineering leadership and guidance on test and evaluation projects to identify risks and repair issues in high energy storage systems (e.g., high voltage lithium-ion battery systems) for the improvement and support of technological advancement and sustainment of the fleet.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
