Your resume must demonstrate at least one year specialized experience to the next level pay band NH-02 (GS-11 equivalency) grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer providing technical oversight planning, managing and coordinating various engineering development programs/projects that involve continuous systems modification, system requirement evaluation, and system performance analysis.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
