You will serve as a Training Specialist within the COMNAVIFORES Training (N7) department providing management and training support to the command, the six NIFR Regions, and 8,000 Information Warfare Reserve Sailors .Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:- Providing centralized support to command leadership and the workforce, ensuring Training management goals are met.
- Advising and assisting leadership/training coordinators in accomplishing their training management responsibilities and ensuring compliance with appropriate laws, rules, or regulations.
- Provides strategic recommendations for training program shaping in consideration of mission accomplishment and career progression.
