You will serve as an ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the Engineering & Planning Department (200) of PSNS and IMF.Requirements:
For GS-12:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and interpreting technical engineering requirements to develop and present technical training through knowledge and work exposure of engineering principles, waterfront support maintenance processes, and experience-based methods in support of the repair and overhaul of ships and/or submarine systems.
For GS-11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: interpreting and presenting technical engineering requirements through previous operational work experiences focused on marine engineering principles and waterfront maintenance processes in support of the repair and overhaul of surface ships and/or submarine systems.
