Description:
THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, Position Description Number D1233P02/D1232P02 and is part of the CO MATES 64, National Guard.
Requirements:
Military Grade : E-7 thru W-5
1. Specialized experience will be used to determine qualifications for the announced position.
2. An applicants RESUME must provide, in detail, how they meet each specialized experience listed below.
3. It must be documented with "from (mm/yy)" and "to (mm/yy)" dates and description of the specialized experience.

You will be immediately disqualified if you fail to include specialized experience in your resume.
GS-09 Must have at least 12 months of experience in each of the following:
1. Experience involving knowledge of organizations and their functions in logistical support.
2. Experience integrating actions of support activities to meet program goals.
3. Experience working with people from various levels and backgrounds to elicit their cooperation to perform specific tasks and comply with regulations, laws, or practices.
4. Experience which involved detailed knowledge of organizations and their functions in logistical support (i.e., supply, maintenance, quality assurance, facilities).
5. Experience planning and organizing work assignments.
GS-11 Must have at least 12 months of experience in each of the following:
1. Experience which includes identifying activities involving logistical support operations.
2. Experience integrating the actions of a variety of specialized support activities in order to develop a comprehensive logistics plan.
3. Experience monitoring such functions as program planning, resource and fiscal management, training, manpower management, and/or automated data processing to meet the logistics plan.
4. Experience identifying delays or problems and developing corrective actions.
